Adam Sidor, CFA
Investment Manager
Adam has 17 years of experience managing institutional money and direct investing, with over 13 years in security analysis. Prior to joining the firm in August 2023, he was a senior investment professional at Assured Investment Management, formerly known as BlueMountain Capital. Adam’s roles at Assured/BlueMountain focused on investing in public credit/equity, CLOs and distressed situations. He actively managed a portfolio of $1.2 billion of principal primary invested in energy and basic materials. Prior to BlueMountain, Adam was a derivatives analyst at Barclays Capital.
Adam’s primary role at Attinger is the sourcing and diligencing of funds and co-investments.
When selecting managers to partner with, or investments to participate in, Adam leans on his process and instincts formed through years of direct investing experience. He has seen qualities, habits, and practices firsthand that lead to a successful and repeatable investment program, while his heritage in credit has ingrained in him a focus on both the upside and downside to every proposition.
Adam earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Delaware in 2006. He is a CFA charterholder. Adam resides in Medford Lakes, NJ with his wife and two children.
